Knife Skills Class with the Cake Shop’s Derek Polay

November 20th, 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Derek will focus on classic knife cuts with chicken and vegetables and will provide the ingredients, including a custom cutting board by McInstosh Studios, former Penn State Wrestler, and engraved by Michael Jewell and his Vocational class of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Price: $100

Note: Participants are asked to bring a chef's knife and paring knife that they are comfortable with.
