Wine Pairing Dinner with Chef Gillian - Aug 8

Join us for a fun evening of great food & wine as we partner with our friends at Oeuf Boeuf et Bacon in downtown State College! 

Chef Gillian has thoughtfully prepared a delightful 4 course menu of French cuisine to highlight 3 University Wine Co. wines - Ovation White, Cabernet Franc, & Moscato (see menu below).

Please note this dinner will take place at Oeuf Boeuf et Bacon, 131 S. Garner St., State College.

Reservations & cancellations must be made by August 1, 2023. 

Please make 1 reservation for your entire party to help facilitate seating arrangements.

TIME: 6PM OR 7PM

MENU:

First Course:  Boudin Blanc with cabbage-sweet onion confit

Paired with Ovation White

Second Course: Delicate greens in herb vinaigrette

Third Course: Roasted Pheasant with Truffle Risotto 

Paired with Cabernet Franc

Fourth Course: Tarte au citron (Lemon tart)

Paired with Moscato 

PRICE: $60/person ($20/person deposit due at reservation.  Deposit is refundable if cancellation received by Aug 1.  Balance paid at the dinner.)
